Eric L. Sneed Sr.

Founder / President

Eric is a United States Marine Corps veteran. Eric joined the Marines shortly after graduating high school in 2001. He served five years as an Air Traffic Control Specialist completing combat tours in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Eric was honorably discharged in 2006.

Eric L. Sneed Sr. continued to serve our country by working for the Department of Defense and the Federal Aviation Administration.

For several years after service, Eric struggled with receiving the benefits and care he needed. As he navigated the system, he vowed to do everything he could the make sure other veterans did not have the same experiences as he.

Eric formed NAVA in October of 2017 to serve his mission.

Rosalyn Y. Sneed, FNP-BC

Board Member

A Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in the State of Virginia, Rosalyn Y. Sneed is also a graduate of Vanderbilt University, Aquinas College, Thomas Edison State College, and The University of Memphis. With a passion for patient health, wellness and education, Rosalyn strive to make a difference every day.

She is passionate about the care that our veterans and their families receive and fights on their behalf to the fullest of her abilities with NAVA.
